① Login Page

Go to your company's dedicated CustomFit website link provided by CustomFit team or your department manager. Enter your secure login information. If you do not have this information, please contact your manager.

② Confirm Account Details

Once logged in, you'll see your name and your available subsidy amount displayed in the top left corner of the homepage. Make sure these are correct before you start ordering.

③ Browse the Catalog

Explore your company's approved catalog of safety footwear, wellness items, or other eligible products.

④ Select Products

Choose the product(s) you'd like to order. Select the correct size and width (if applicable). Click Buy Now to add the item(s) to your cart.

⑤ Review Your Cart

When you've selected all the items you want to purchase, go to your cart and click Checkout.

⑥ Enter Checkout Information

Follow the prompts to provide required details, including full name, shipping address, email address and payment information (if applicable).

⑦ Place Your Order

Review your information carefully. Click Place Order to complete your purchase.

⑧ Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email at the adddress provided. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
